GAME DAY: Hurricanes Visit Calgary in Second of Weekend
Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes visit the Calgary Hitmen tonight at 7:00pm at the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex in the second of a three-in-three weekend.
The Hurricanes (3-3-0-0) earned their third win in their last four games last night by a 3-1 score against the Hitmen at the ENMAX Centre. Justin Hall, Dino Kambeitz and Chase Wheatcroft scored in the victory while Bryan Thomson made 34-saves. The ‘Canes enter tonight with a 1-2-0-0 record on the road this season.
The Hitmen (2-3-1-0) were led by Brayden Peters on Friday as he earned 26-saves in the defeat to the Hurricanes while Luke Prokop scored their lone goal. Calgary has dropped four of their last five outings and enter tonight with a 2-1-0-0 record at home this season.
