GAME DAY: Hurricanes Put Point Streak On The Line Against Raiders
Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes open a four-game homestand tonight at 7:00pm as they welcome the Prince Albert Raiders to the ENMAX Centre.
The Hurricanes (8-8-0-1) enter with a 3-0-0-1 record in their last four games after earning a 3-2 win in Medicine Hat against the Tigers on Saturday. Jett Jones, Logan Wormald and Tyson Zimmer all scored in the contest while Jared Picklyk made 24-saves. Lethbridge enters tonight with a 4-3-0-1 record at home this season.
The Raiders (5-11-2-0) ended a tw0-game losing streak on Tuesday with a 3-1 victory in Medicine Hat against the Tigers. Sloan Stanick, Hayden Pakkala and Carson Latimer scored in the game while Tikhon Chaika made 33-saves. Prince Albert enters play tonight with a 2-5-2-0 record on the road this season.
Tonight will be the third of four meetings on the season between the Hurricanes and Raiders; Lethbridge has posted a 1-1-0-0 record in the first two meetings against Prince Albert as the home team has won both contests so far this season.
