GAME DAY: Hurricanes Open Back-to-Back in Saskatoon Against Blades
Saskatoon, SK – The Lethbridge Hurricanes continue their three-game East Division road trip tonight at 6:00pm MT as they visit the Saskatoon Blades at the SaskTel Centre.
The Hurricanes (10-20-0-1) enter on a two-game losing streak after opening their road trip with a 7-3 loss to the Brandon Wheat Kings on Wednesday at Assiniboine Credit Union Place. Easton Daneault, Hudson Kibblewhite and Luke Cozens scored in the defeat while Koen Cleaver made 36-saves. Lethbridge fell to 7-8-0-0 in their last 15 games with the loss as they enter tonight with a 5-11-0-0 record on the road this season.
The Blades (15-13-2-0) enter with a 5-5-0-0 record in their last ten games after earning a 9-3 win in Moose Jaw against the Warriors on Tuesday. Zach Olsen had a four-goal game in the contest while Rowan Calvert scored twice; Dustin Willhoft, Gavin Clark and Kazden Mathies scored the others in the victory. Saskatoon enters tonight having posted a 6-6-0-0 record on home ice this season.
