GAME DAY: Hurricanes Make Second of Three Trips to Moose Jaw
Moose Jaw, SK – The Lethbridge Hurricanes continue a four-game road trip as they visit the Moose Jaw Warriors tonight at 6:00pm at Mosaic Place.
The Hurricanes (17-19-2-1) had their two-game winning streak end on Saturday with a 2-1 loss in Swift Current to the Broncos. Justin Hall scored his team-leading 23rd goal of the season in the defeat while Jared Picklyk made 16-saves in his eighth straight start. The Hurricanes enter play tonight with a 6-12-0-0 record on the road this season.
The Warriors (25-16-3-1) enter on an eight-game winning streak, the longest active streak in the entire Eastern Conference. Moose Jaw was last in action on Saturday when they earned a 5-2 win in Medicine Hat against the Tigers. Five different goal scorers lit the lamp while Jackson Ungar made 29-saves in the win. Warriors are 15-6-1-1 at home this season; the second most home wins in the conference.
