GAME DAY: Hurricanes Look to End Trip on High in Moose Jaw
Regina, SK – The Lethbridge Hurricanes will end a five-game road trip this afternoon at 3:00pm MT as they visit the Moose Jaw Warriors at Mosaic Place.
The Hurricanes (6-9-0-0) ended a six-game losing streak on Saturday with a 6-1 win in Regina against the Pats. Logan Wormald had his first WHL goal and three assists in the victory while five other goal scorers lit the lamp. Bryan Thomson made 27-saves for the victory. Lethbridge enters tonight 1-3-0-0 on their trip thus far and are 2-6-0-0 on the road this season.
The Warriors (6-8-0-1) were handed a 4-3 shootout defeat last night at home by the Edmonton Oil Kings. Martin Rysavy scored twice while Brayden Yager had the other in the defeat; Carl Tetachuk made 34-saves in the setback. Moose Jaw enters tonight with a 3-4-0-1 record at home this season.
