GAME DAY: Hurricanes End Three-in-Three Against Oil Kings
Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes will end a three-in-three weekend tonight as they entertain the Edmonton Oil Kings at the ENMAX Centre at 6:00pm.
The Hurricanes (14-14-2-0) earned a 6-3 win last night in Medicine Hat against the Tigers. Justin Hall scored his second career hat-trick in the game while adding an assist; Jett Jones, Ty Nash and Yegor Klavdiev scored the others in the win. Lethbridge enters play with a 9-6-2-0 record at home this season.
The Oil Kings (25-9-2-1) defeated the Brandon Wheat Kings on Saturday afternoon in Edmonton by a 5-3 score. Dylan Guenther scored twice while Jake Neighbours, Logan Dowhaniuk and Carter Souch added the others in the victory. Edmonton enters play tonight with a 9-8-2-1 record away from home this year.
Tonight will be the fifth meeting of the season between the Hurricanes and Oil Kings; Lethbridge has posted a 1-3-0-0 record in the previous four match-ups earning a 3-2 victory in their last meeting. Tickets for tonight’s game can be purchased at the ENMAX Centre Ticket Centre.
All patrons will be required to provide proof of full vaccination or negative, privately paid for COVID test prior to entry to the ENMAX Centre and must wear a mask at all times in the facility.
