Four Hitmen Named to NHL Camp Rosters
Four Calgary Hitmen have made the list for NHL Rookie Camps starting up this week: Tyson Galloway, Oliver Tulk, Sean Tschigerl and Grayden Siepmann.
20 year-old defenceman Tyson Galloway, originally drafted by the St. Louis Blues, will be on the roster for the Calgary Flames for the Young Stars Classic. Joining him is forward Oliver Tulk who is in his third season with the Hitmen. Both players attended the Calgary Flames Development Camp in July.
Veteran forward Sean Tschigerl will be heading to the LA Kings Rookie camp. drafted by the Anaheim Ducks, the forward is now in the LA King prospect pool having attended their development camp earlier this summer. Grayden Siepmann has gotten the call from the Boston Bruins after participating in their development camp as well back in July. The defenceman is entering his fourth season with the Hitmen.
Next up for the Hitmen is pre-season game number three which will be held at Tsuut’ina Seven Chiefs Sportsplex on Thursday, September 14th vs the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Seven Chiefs Sportsplex has been a second home for the Hitmen hosting multiple regular season games as well as the entire 2021 bubble season. The game will also host a 50/50 with proceed going to Tsuut’ina minor hockey. Game time is at 7:00 pm. Attendance is free.
