LAST TIME OUT

The win gives the Giants points in five straight (4-0-1).
Providing the Giants’ goals on Friday night was Cameron Schmidt (15th), Sam Honzek (6th) and Logen Hammett (4th), with Hammett’s goal breaking a 2-2 tie with just 3:27 remaining in the third period.
TONIGHT’S MATCHUP
This is the fourth and final head-to-head meeting this season.
The Giants currently trail the season series 3-0. The last matchup was a crazy 8-7 loss for Vancouver on Teddy Bear Toss Night on December 9.
Everett lost last night at home 6-4 to the Spokane Chiefs, but they had eight straight wins from Jan. 6-24, during which they outscored their opponents 45-16.
The player to watch from the Giants is forward Sam Honzek, who had a marvellous goal last night, giving him points in six of his last seven games. He now has 18 points (6G-12A) in 15 games this season, after missing the first 25 games of the year due to a lower body injury.
The player to watch from the Silvertips is Dominik Rymon, who has 10 points in three head-to-head games against the Giants this season, including a five-point game back on Dec. 9. The 19-year-old forward has 58 points in 41 games this season (27G-31A).
