PREVIEW: Giants Face Vees Friday
Penticton, B.C. – The Vancouver Giants (9-14-1-1) look for their first win against the Penticton Vees (11-7-3-2) in their fourth opportunity on Friday night at South Okanagan Events Centre at 7:05 p.m.
The Giants are in the midst of a tough stretch with just one win in their last eight games (1-6-1-0). They are coming off a 5-2 loss in Wenatchee on Wednesday to the Wild.
The Vees haven’t played since defeating the Giants at home last Friday by a 4-2 score. They were leading 4-0 before the Giants scored twice in the third.
Vancouver is 0-2-0-1 against the Vees so far this season.
Ryan Lin will be back in the Giants lineup on Friday after competing in the CHL USA Prospects Challenge earlier this week.
