PREVIEW: Giants Close Road Trip in Regina vs. Pats on Saturday
Regina, Sask. – The Vancouver Giants (2-6-0) look to salvage their East Division road trip in their sixth and final game tonight when they visit the Regina Pats (1-4-0) at the Brandt Centre for a 5 p.m. PDT puck drop.
The Giants have dropped three games in a row, following a 4-3 loss in Brandon last night. They are 1-4 -0 on the road trip so far.
The Giants began their Prairie swing last weekend splitting their first two games in Swift Current (7-5 L) and Moose Jaw (5-3 W), but have only been able to muster four goals in their last three games: a 6-1 loss to Saskatoon on Tuesday, a 6-0 defeat to Prince Albert on Wednesday and 4-3 loss to Brandon on Friday.
The Giants have given up a league-high 45 goals this season.

TONIGHT’S MATCHUP
Tonight is the first and only head-to-head meeting between Vancouver and Regina this season.
Last year, the Giants lost to the Pats 5-3 at the LEC in early December. The year prior, the G-Men doubled up Regina 4-2 during their East Division swing.
