GRANDE CACHE, AB – The Prince George Cougars are on the hunt for their second victory of the pre-season as they take on the Edmonton Oil Kings at the Grande Cache Recreation Centre in Grande Cache, AB at 6:00pm PDT. The Cats are coming off a 5-0 blanking of the Victoria Royals back on September 9th in Port Coquitlam, BC. Oren Shtrom, Townes Kozicky, Drew Peterson, Jett Lajoie, and Cayden Glover had the Cougar goals while both Joshua Ravensbergen and Brady Holtvogt combined for a 31 save shutout.
“We’re looking forward to it here tonight,” said Cougar defenceman Ephram McNutt. “Pre-Season is about building and we are going to play hard tonight. It’s a bit of a unique rink, so we are going to have to keep it simple.”
