The Broncos thank each member of the support staff for their commitment to the organization and for the important role they play in supporting Broncos players throughout the 2026-27 season.

Originally from Newmarket, Ontario, Wells joins the Broncos after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sports and Recreation Management.

Wells brings a strong background in game day operations, marketing, event presentation and sports media. During her time at the University of Waterloo, she gained extensive experience as a Game Day Operations Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, helping deliver events and enhance the fan experience.

She has also worked in the Ontario Hockey League with the Guelph Storm as a Game Day Presentation Assistant and gained national-level experience with U SPORTS as a Media Coordinator.

“We’re very excited to welcome Allie to the Broncos organization as our new Game Day & Fan Experience Coordinator,” said Dominic LePan, Executive Vice President of Business Operations. “Creating an outstanding experience for our fans is a major priority for us, and Allie brings great energy, creativity and enthusiasm to the role. We’re looking forward to having her work with our team to continue finding new ways to make Broncos game days bigger, better and more memorable for our fans.”

Wells joins the Broncos ahead of the organization’s 40th anniversary season as the club continues preparations for the 2026-27 campaign.

This year’s Training Camp will feature 106 players, including returning Broncos, prospects and invited players, as the organization begins preparations for the 2026-27 Western Hockey League season.

Players will report on Wednesday, August 26, with the first Training Camp games getting underway Thursday, August 27. The 106 players will be divided among six teams: Team DeBrusk, Team Smith, Team Pickering, Team Skinner, Team Lowry and Team Geekie.

The week will conclude Sunday, August 30 with the annual Blue & White Game, featuring Team Sakic vs. Team Kennedy at 1:00 p.m.

The Broncos encourage fans to come out to the InnovationPlex throughout Training Camp to get an early look at this year's returning players and the next generation of Broncos.

A product of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Franko returns to Swift Current after previously serving as an Assistant Coach with the Broncos during the 2024-25 season.

“I’m excited and grateful to be back in Swift Current,” said Franko. “The organization, fans and community support is truly special, and when I received the call to come back, it was a very easy decision. I can’t wait to be back and get started.”

Last season, Franko served as Head Coach and General Manager of the Winnipeg Monarchs of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League.

Prior to beginning his coaching career, Franko enjoyed an extensive playing career. He spent four seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Kelowna Rockets and Kootenay Ice before playing four seasons of Canadian university hockey at Acadia University and the University of Manitoba.

Following his university career, Franko played three seasons of professional hockey in the ECHL and Europe before transitioning into coaching. He began his coaching career with the St. Boniface Riels of the Manitoba Major Junior Hockey League in 2022.

“Welcoming Zach and his family back to the Broncos organization is something to be excited about,” said Broncos General Manager and Head Coach Travis Crickard. “Many folks in the organization speak volumes about Zach’s energy, passion and character. Additionally, Zach and I have many mutual acquaintances who have glowing referrals about his work ethic and commitment to the players.

Franko will join the Broncos immediately as the club prepares for the beginning of Training Camp and the 2026-27 WHL season.

Together, the trio has dedicated over 30 combined seasons to the Broncos, playing an integral role in the organization both behind the scenes and as some of the first friendly faces fans see when they walk through the doors of The Stable.

Prang enters her 13th season with the Broncos and serves as the organization’s Game Day Operations Manager and Billet Coordinator. From coordinating the many moving pieces that go into a Broncos game day to supporting players and billet families throughout the season, Prang continues to be a vital part of the organization.

Adair returns for her 11th season with the Broncos as the team’s Retail Services Manager. A familiar face to Broncos fans, Adair plays an important role in the day-to-day merchandise operations of The Stable and helping create a welcoming experience for everyone who visits.

Saretsky enters her ninth season with the organization and serves as the Broncos’ Retail Services Coordinator and Billet Coordinator. Along with her work in The Stable, Saretsky helps support the Broncos’ billet program and the families who provide a home away from home for players throughout the season.

“Sherry, Katrina and Tracy have been dedicated to the Swift Current Broncos for many years, contributing countless hours and a tremendous amount of hard work to the organization,” said Broncos Executive Vice President of Business Operations Dominic LePan.

“With our 40th season just around the corner, we are pleased to have them back with the Broncos and look forward to their continued involvement for many more years to come!”

Over the years, the Broncettes have become much more than their job titles. Whether it is preparing food behind the scenes, helping on game days, assisting players and families or greeting fans at The Stable, their hard work and dedication can be felt throughout the organization.

As the organization celebrates 40 years of Broncos hockey in Swift Current, the Broncos are proud to recognize Tracy, Sherry and Katrina for their continued commitment to the team and community.

Both Prang and Saretsky will continue in their current positions with the organization while adding billet coordination to their responsibilities. Saretsky will remain the Broncos’ Retail Services Coordinator, while Prang will continue as Game Day Operations Manager.

In their new roles, Prang and Saretsky will work closely with the Broncos’ billet families and players throughout the season, helping ensure players have a welcoming, supportive home environment during their time in Swift Current.

“We’re incredibly excited to take on these new roles as Billet Coordinators and continue giving back to an organization that means so much to both of us,” said Saretsky. “Billet families are such an important part of the Broncos organization. They provide our players with a home away from home and the support, stability and sense of family they need throughout the season. Tracy and I care deeply about this organization, and we’re always looking for ways we can make a positive impact. We’re looking forward to supporting our billet families and players and helping make their experience with the Broncos as special as possible.”

The Broncos are excited to have Tracy and Katrina take on these additional responsibilities and continue their contributions to the organization both behind the scenes and throughout the community.

Chad Leslie (Winnipeg, Man.) will serve as the Broncos’ Director of Scouting, overseeing a newly structured department to strengthen the organization’s scouting presence across Canada, the United States and Europe.

“We’re excited to announce our scouting staff for the upcoming season,” said Broncos General Manager and Head Coach Travis Crickard. “Our scouting staff did outstanding work identifying and evaluating talent. Their eye for the game and dedication to the process helped build the foundation of this roster, and several of their evaluations have already paid off at the NHL and WHL levels.”

BRITISH COLUMBIA

Kerry Gladson – Head British Columbia Scout

Surrey, BC.

Gladson returns to the Broncos scouting staff and has been promoted to Head British Columbia Scout. He joined the organization in 2018 and will oversee the club’s scouting efforts throughout the province.

ALBERTA

Quinn Hancock – Head Alberta Scout

Calgary, AB.

Hancock returns for his fifth season with the Broncos after joining the organization in 2022. He has been promoted to Head Alberta Scout and will oversee the club’s scouting efforts across Alberta.

Roy Stasiuk – Alberta Regional Scout

Edmonton, Alta.

Stasiuk joins the Broncos as a new addition to the scouting staff, bringing extensive experience in hockey scouting, management and coaching. His lengthy hockey résumé includes scouting and management experience at multiple levels of the game, adding another experienced evaluator to the Broncos’ Alberta scouting group.

SASKATCHEWAN & MANITOBA

Troy Leslie – Head Saskatchewan/Manitoba Scout

Virden, MB.

Leslie has been promoted to Head Saskatchewan/Manitoba Scout after previously serving as a travelling scout. He joined the Broncos in 2022 and will now oversee scouting operations throughout both provinces.

Tyler Dickson – Manitoba Provincial Scout

Winnipeg, MB.

Dickson returns to the Broncos scouting department after joining the organization in 2020. After previously serving as Scouting Coordinator, he will transition into the role of Manitoba Provincial Scout.

Brian Elder – Goaltending Scout

Wawanesa, MB.

Elder returns in his role as Goaltending Scout. He has been a member of the Broncos scouting staff since 2021 and will continue to evaluate goaltenders for the organization.

UNITED STATES

Andy Kubas – USA Regional Scout, West/North Central

Edina, Minnesota

Kubas returns for his sixth season with the Broncos after joining the organization in 2021. He will be responsible for scouting throughout the West and North Central regions of the United States.

Chris Eagles – USA Regional Scout, South Central

Longmont, Colorado

Eagles joins the Broncos as a new hire and will cover the South Central United States. He currently serves as the North Colorado Youth Hockey Travel 14U Hockey Director and Coach.

Jonathan Cosman – USA Regional Scout, Pacific

Salt Lake City, Utah

Cosman joins the Broncos scouting staff and will be responsible for the Pacific region of the United States. He is the owner of JC93 Hockey and serves as Head Coach of the Utah State University Hockey Club.

Joey Gilhooly – USA Regional Scout, Eastern

Brooklyn, New York

Gilhooly joins the organization to cover the Eastern United States. He currently serves as Director of Scouting for the Woodbridge Wolfpack Hockey Club in New Jersey.

Ryan Keller – U18 Scout

Saskatoon, SK.

Keller joins the Broncos scouting staff as a U18 Scout. He currently serves as Head Coach of the Saskatoon Contacts in the Saskatchewan Male U18 AAA Hockey League.

EUROPE

Miska Hämäläinen – European Scout

Järvenpää, Finland

Hämäläinen joins the Broncos as European Scout, expanding the organization’s scouting presence overseas. He currently serves as Youth Hockey Operations Manager for the KJT Haukat organization in Finland.

“We’re grateful and excited that many of our scouts are staying on board,” said Crickard. “Rather than changing who is doing the evaluating, we’re changing how the department is organized and adding Roy, Chris, Jonathan, Joey, Ryan, and Miska to help expand our scouting reach and depth of coverage.

“This new structure adds clearer regional assignments and more cross-checking between scouts. We believe this combination of proven eyes, new perspectives, and organization sets the Broncos up for continued success on draft day and beyond.”

The Broncos welcome Roy Stasiuk, Chris Eagles, Jonathan Cosman, Joey Gilhooly, Ryan Keller and Miska Hämäläinen to the organization and congratulate the returning members of the scouting staff on their new and expanded roles ahead of the 2026-27 season.

For nearly a decade, Paradis has been an important part of the Broncos’ day-to-day operations, providing valuable support behind the scenes. From organizing equipment and maintaining the locker room to making sure the room is game-ready every day, Paradis’ hard work and dedication have made him a valued member of the organization.

“We are delighted to welcome Nolan back to the team for another season with the Broncos,” said General Manager and Head Coach Travis Crickard. “Many of our team members have suggested to me that Nolan brings great energy and work ethic to the rink every day and is an important member of the staff. I look forward to working with him.”

The Broncos are excited to have Nolan back for another season and thank him for his continued dedication and commitment to the organization.

Jaswal joined the Broncos ahead of the 2025-26 season and played a crucial role in the club's coaching staff, helping support player development while contributing to the team's culture on and off the ice.

"This happened quickly after announcing Roshen would return for this season," said Broncos General Manager and Head Coach Travis Crickard. "Although it is late, we believe that any time someone has an opportunity which they feel is best for continuing their development we will always be supportive of it. While we are very sad to see him go, we are excited to see Roshen progress in the game. We wish Roshen much success in his next opportunity."
