Broncos Sign 2011-Born Forward Easton Pitz
Swift Current, SK – The Swift Current Broncos are pleased to announce the signing of 2011-born forward Easton Pitz to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Pitz, from Virden, Manitoba, was selected by the Broncos in the second round, 27th overall, of the 2026 WHL Prospects Draft. The 5-foot-10, 166-pound left-shot forward spent the 2025-26 season with RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg U15 Prep.
Pitz led RHA Winnipeg U15 Prep in scoring last season, recording 29 goals and 27 assists for 56 points in 28 games. He added six points in three playoff games and also appeared at the U18 Prep level, recording a goal and an assist in his lone game.
“We are delighted to welcome Easton and the Pitz family to the Broncos organization,” said Broncos General Manager and Head Coach Travis Crickard. “Easton earned the opportunity to sign with his brilliant play during training camp. He has a bright future ahead, and we are excited to play a big part in his development as he becomes a part of our program’s future.”
