Broncos Announce 2026/27 Preseason Schedule, Highlighted by Community Game in Shaunavon
Swift Current, SK – The Swift Current Broncos are excited to announce their 2026/27 preseason schedule, featuring five exhibition contests, including a special community game in Shaunavon on Saturday, September 12.
The preseason schedule will conclude with the Broncos hosting the Medicine Hat Tigers at the LSB Legacy Wickenheiser Centre in Shaunavon at 5:00 p.m. The event will offer a full afternoon of family-friendly entertainment as the Broncos bring WHL preseason action to the heart of southwest Saskatchewan.
Pregame festivities will begin at 2:00 p.m. with a tailgate party and BBQ, family activities, a beer garden, a 50/50 draw, and plenty of entertainment for fans of all ages. Following the game, fans will also have the opportunity to meet the Broncos during a postgame autograph session.
Ticket prices for the Shaunavon preseason game will be determined at a later date.
In addition to the Shaunavon showcase, the Broncos’ 2026/27 preseason schedule includes:
- Tuesday, September 1: Swift Current Broncos at Regina Pats (Brandt Centre) – Rookie Game, 7:00 p.m.
- Friday, September 4: Saskatoon Blades at Swift Current Broncos (InnovationPlex) – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, September 5: Swift Current Broncos vs. Moose Jaw Warriors (Southland Co-op Centre in Assiniboia) – 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, September 11: Swift Current Broncos at Medicine Hat Tigers (Co-op Place) – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, September 12: Medicine Hat Tigers at Swift Current Broncos (LSB Legacy Wickenheiser Centre, Shaunavon) – 5:00 p.m.
The Broncos look forward to returning to the ice and reconnecting with fans across southwest Saskatchewan ahead of the club’s 40th Anniversary season in Swift Current.
