Blades trim preseason roster to 36 players
Saskatoon, SK – With training camp in the rear-view mirror, the Saskatoon Blades have reduced their preseason roster to 36 players.
The Blades get their first taste of preseason action Wednesday, Sept. 4 at the Art Hauser Centre in Prince Albert against the Raiders. It’s the first of three preseason meetings between the Highway 11 rivals with another game in Prince Albert on Friday, Sept. 13, followed by the finale the next night at the Warman Home Centre Communiplex.
The remaining two preseason games the Blades have are against the Brandon Wheat Kings. Saskatoon hits the road Friday, Sept. 6 for a tilt at Westoba Place followed by a 4:00pm game on Sunday, Sept. 8 at SaskTel Centre.
