The Saskatoon Blades (0-2-0-0) welcome the Brandon Wheat Kings (1-0-0-0) to SaskTel Centre for the second-half of a preseason home-and-home.
The Blades dropped Friday night’s game against the Wheat Kings at Westoba Place 4-2. Trailing 3-0 after 20 minutes, the Blades threw their rally caps on and clawed within one with still half a period to go un the game. Forwards Tyler Parr and Justin Ivanusec netted their first goals of the preseason, but a late goal from the Wheat Kings put the game out of reach.
Tonight’s the first preseason game at SaskTel Centre since 2021.
