2024 Motion Fitness Training Camp | Day 2 Recap
Saskatoon, SK – Team Pinder (Black) finished round-robin play undefeated after two victories on Day 2 of Saskatoon Blades 2024 Training Camp presented by Motion Fitness at SaskTel Centre.
Their first win came against Team Maracle (White) 5-3, followed by a 3-2 decision in the last game of the day against Team Federko (Gold). Both teams went into the game undefeated, but Team Pinder forward Rowan Calvert netted a pair and fellow forward Mason Moreland netted the game-winner. Both are tied for the tournament-lead in goals with three. Team Federko will get their chance at redemption Sunday at 12:00pm as the two sides clash for the Kirkness Cup Championship.
Team Belak (Blue) collected their sole win of the tournament in the afternoon against Team Maracle, who fall to 0-3-0. They meet tomorrow at 9:00am for the Kirkness Cup Third-Place game.
