Overage forward Tristan Langan potted a pair of goals, with his 17th of the season serving as the overtime winner as the Warriors knocked-off visiting Edmonton 4-3. Pittsburgh Penguins prospect Justin Almeida set-up the overtime winner in his first action since suffering an injury representing Team WHL in the CIBC Canada Russia Series.
In Brandon, top 2019 NHL Draft prospect Dylan Cozens recorded a hat-trick and six points as the Lethbridge Hurricanes defeated the Wheat Kings 8-4. A pair of other Penguins prospects in Jordy Bellerive and Calen Addison also had productive nights, with Bellerive recording a goal and two helpers while Addison finished with five assists.

Both teams are riding high into their second of four meetings this season. The Warriors claimed a 3-2 win in Lethbridge last weekend as Langan scored twice and Montreal Canadiens prospect Josh Brook had two assists from the back end.
The Canes carry the WHL’s top-ranked power play into action, one that is operating at 27.4% on the season while Moose Jaw trails close behind with the fifth-best man advantage in the league at 25.8%.
The Warriors look to build on a four-game winning streak when the puck drops Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm ET at Mosaic Place.
