Knights trio thrilled to represent Canada together at 2025 World Juniors
The London Knights are well represented on Canada’s 2025 World Juniors roster in Oliver Bonk (PHI), Easton Cowan (TOR) and Sam Dickinson (SJ).
“It’s really special and we’re all excited to be here,” Dickinson said. “To have two guys I’ve played with for two or three years that I’ve gotten to know so well has made the process a little bit easier especially with them being returning players.”
The trio were all key contributors to the Knights’ OHL championship a year ago and run to the 2024 Memorial Cup presented by Dow final. This season, they’ve helped London to the best record in the OHL thus far.
“We’re all about the winning,” Bonk said. “It’s something they engrave in you from the moment you get there … they give you everything you need to be a good player and I would owe it a lot to them to bring the [World Juniors] championship home and reward all of the work they’ve put into me.”
Canada, who are 2-0-1 at the World Juniors, will conclude its round-robin tonight against the USA.
The final is set for Jan. 5. The full schedule can be found here.
