Rebels best Titans in thrilling back-and-forth battle
The Mississauga Rebels earned their first win of the 2024 OHL Cup presented by FPS Payment on Monday night, defeating the Ottawa Valley Titans in a hard-fought 4-3 battle.
The Rebels took an early lead as Cameron Tully (1) notched the opening goal. However, Ottawa responded with determination, securing two consecutive goals courtesy of Carter Stevens (2) and Chris Neil (1).
Despite trailing 2-1 heading into the final period, Mississauga’s Alexander Bilecki (1) levelled the score.
