All invitees are listed in NHL Central Scouting’s final rankings of North American and International skaters and goaltenders.<\/span><\/p>\n Among the OHL invitees are several of the top-ranked prospects for the 2026 NHL Draft, including Chase Reid (Soo Greyhounds), Caleb Malhotra (Brantford Bulldogs), Nikita Klepov (Saginaw Spirit), and Ethan Belchetz (Windsor Spitfires), all of whom ranked inside the top 10 among North American skaters in NHL Central Scouting’s final rankings.<\/span><\/p>\n The Toronto Maple Leafs hold the first overall selection in the 2026 NHL Draft after winning the NHL Draft Lottery on May 5. With several key veterans from those championship-calibre teams having moved on, the club embraced a younger roster and began the process of retooling for the future. While the Generals ultimately fell short of a postseason berth, the season provided valuable opportunities for the next generation of players to take on larger roles and gain important experience.<\/span><\/p>\n Now, the Generals prepare to say goodbye to members of their graduating class as Lucas Moore, Matthew Wang, and Luke Posthumus move on from the OHL.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Lucas Moore (Oshawa Generals, Brantford\/Hamilton Bulldogs \u2013 2021-26)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Acquired from the Brantford Bulldogs in a major trade in October, <\/span>Lucas Moore<\/span><\/a> spent the majority of his OHL career with the Bulldogs organization. Between Brantford and Oshawa, he recorded a career-high 33 points (11-22\u201333) during his overage season.<\/span><\/p>\n The right-shot blueliner concludes his OHL career with 118 points (26-92\u2013118) across 299 regular-season games.
