OHL Highlights: Brampton Steelheads @ Ottawa 67’s Jan. 8, 2025
In a 3-1 win, Brayden Gillespie made a strong debut for Brampton, stopping 26 shots after allowing an early goal. Caden Kelly opened the scoring for Ottawa, but the Steelheads answered with goals from Parker Von Richter, Jack Van Volsen, and Kieran Witkowski. Lucas Karmiris assisted on two of those tallies. Jaeden Nelson was busy in Ottawa’s net, making 40 saves in the loss. Ottawa’s Spencer Bowes made his OHL debut, but the 67’s couldn’t capitalize on their early lead.
