OHL Policy for Photo Accreditation:
Please note that photographers will not be allowed to attend any OHL games or functions without proper league or team-issued credentials. The undersigned agrees that all photographs taken while covering all activities involving any CHL/OHL events are exclusively for the editorial usage for the publications and/or television stations included on your submission form.
The undersigned further agrees that all such photographs and/or images taken during all activities surrounding and involving any CHL/OHL event will not be re-sold or re-distributed for any other purpose, including commercial activities and usage, without the approval of the Ontario Hockey League. These activities include all related photography for which the pass is issued, including all game activity, all pre and post game festivities, other activities in the arena during, before or after the game. It also includes all practices, media conferences, receptions, banquets, national awards presentation or other events in association with the Canadian Hockey League or its participants. This also includes the use of any league or team logo or name within the Ontario Hockey League either during a CHL event or at any other time.
The undersigned further agrees that he/she will not be permitted to use strobe lighting in any OHL arena without the permission of the local team and league. He/she also agrees that permission will be granted only under the following terms: that the lights are safely and correctly mounted as approved by the building; that the positions of the lights be determined by the club/league; and that the lights may be ordered removed by the club or league, for any reason and if ordered removed, must be done so immediately.
Anyone wishing to receive permission to use any images from any OHL activities must contact the Ontario Hockey League and request the appropriate application form. No person shall sell any images or produce images for sale, until the proper application form has been submitted and has received signed, approval for such sale.
The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read the above terms and conditions for which a pass is issued and agrees to abide by them. Failure to do so may result in legal action and/or forfeiture of privileges granted by the Ontario Hockey League by both the individual and organization that he/she represents.
Once approved and processed, digital CHL/OHL passes will be distributed via email.
