OHL Cup Results – Day 2
London Jr. Knights 3, Mississauga Senators 2
Adam Zamac scored two goals, including the game-winner to lead the London Jr. Knights to a 3-2 win over the Mississauga Senators in the OHL Cup on Thursday.
Alex Regan also scored for London.
Dale Mitchell scored both of Mississauga’s goals.

Detroit Belle Tire 4, Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs 3
Thomas Battani scored the winning goal with 6:06 left in the third period to lift Detroit Belle Tire (1-0-0) to a 4-3 win over the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs (0-1-0).
Corey Tropp had a goal and an assist and Jeremy Christopher and Anthony Iaquinto also scored for Belle Tire.
Jacob Welch, Douglas Young and Steven Reese scored for Elgin-Middlesex.
Brantford 99ers 3, Greater Kingston Predators 2
Wesley Consorti scored two goals, including the game-winner with 1:29 left in the third period to give the Brantford 99ers (1-0-0) a 3-2 come-from-behind win over the Greater Kingston Predators (0-1-0).
Zane Neily also scored and Derek Szasz chipped in with a pair of assists for Brantford.
Jamie Arniel scored a pair of first-period goals for Kingston.
Plymouth Compuware 6, Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs 4
Thor Skalski scored the winning goal late in the third period to give Plymouth Compuware (1-0-0) a 6-4 wino ver the Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs (0-2-0).
Alex Conforte, Chad Pietila, Mike Thompson and Trevor Nill scored and Mark Silverman had a pair of assists and iced the win with an empty-net goal.
Anthjony Ruberto, Connor O’Donnell, Jordan Ogilvie and Darin Canning scored for Hamilton and defenceman Jordan Gallea contributed three assists.
Thunder Bay Kings 2, Nepean Raiders 1
Zach Harnden scored the go-ahead goal with less than three minutes to play to help the Thunder Bay Kings (1-0-0) to a 2-1 win over the Nepean Raiders (0-1-0).
Dustin Fummerton opened the scoring for Thunder Bay in the first minute of the game before Ryan Workman tied it up early in the second period.

Markham Islanders 7, Hamilton Reps 2
Chris Terry scored two goals and added four assists to pace the Markham Islanders (2-0-0) to a 7-2 win over the Hamilton Reps (0-1-0).
Mike Colwill had two goals and three assists and Michael Mazzulla added two goals and two assists in the win. James McIntosh also scored and Matt D’Hollander added a pair of assists.
Jordan Gignac and Kevin Rebello, with a short-handed marker in the second period, scored for Hamilton.
Mississauga Senators 5, Brantford 99ers 3
Daniel Lombardi scored two goals to lead the Mississauga Senators (1-1-0) to a 5-3 win over the Brantford 99ers (1-1-0) in Thursday’s final game.
Chris MacKinnon, Julian Cimadamore and Ian Meagher also scored and Dale Mitchell and Alex Ceci each added two assists for Mississauga.
Wesley Consorti, Brendan Linseman and Andrew Davis replied for Brantford.
