OHL Announces Disciplinary Action
Toronto, ON – The Ontario Hockey League today announced the results of the completion of the review of two (2) separate incidents which took place in games played on Friday October 25, 2013.
GAME OF OCTOBER 25TH, 2013 – OWEN SOUND AT PLYMOUTH
The Ontario Hockey League today announced the results of a review of an incident which took place in a game played in Plymouth on the 25th of October, 2013 involving the Whalers and the visiting Owen Sound Attack Hockey Club.
The incident reviewed was a checking to the head infraction assessed to player Cameron Brace of the Owen Sound Attack Hockey Club.
Based on such review, it is the position of the League that player Cameron Brace shall be suspended for eight (8) games effective immediately.

GAME OF FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25TH, 2013 – OSHAWA GENERALS AT MISSISSAUGA STEELHEADS:
The Ontario Hockey League today announced the results of a review of an incident which took place in a game played in Mississauga on the 25th of October, 2013 involving the Steelheads and the visiting Oshawa Generals Hockey Club.
The incident reviewed was a 5 minute major and game misconduct for checking to the head assessed to player Damian Bourne of the Mississauga Steelheads Hockey Club.
Based on such review, it is the position of the League that player Damian Bourne shall be suspended for ten (10) games, dating from but not including the game of Friday, October 25th, 2013.
