Martin Misiak secured the overtime-winner for the Otters with 1:04 remaining in the extra frame.
The Attack scored two early goals to take a 2-0 lead, but Martin Misiak and Sam Alfano answered for the Otters in the second period to tie it at two.
A third period goal by Wesley Royston sent the game to overtime.
Attack rookie Pierce Mbuyi had a solid performance, scoring two goals on the power play.
Matthew Koprowski stopped 42-of-46 in the loss for the Bears.

Kitchener Rangers 5 at Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds 4 SO

After fifteen rounds of shootout action, Chris Grisolia finally secured the comeback game-winner for the Rangers.
The 30 shooters stands in a tie for the second-longest shootout in OHL history.
The Greyhounds came out hot, scoring four goals to take control of the game 4-1, but they couldn’t hold on to this lead.
A big third period for the Rangers, with goals from Jack Pridham and Luca Romano, sent the game to overtime.
Brady Martin had a big night for the Greyhounds with two goals and an assist, while his line-mate Marco Mignosa secured a goal and two assists.
Rangers rookie Jason Schaubel stopped 13-of-15 to earn the shootout win opposite Soo’s Nolan Lalonde, who stopped 12-of-15.
