- Caden Taylor scored the overtime game-winner for the Petes off a nice feed in front from Braydon McCallum
- Tyson Doucette scored both Sarnia goals
- Rookie defenceman Blake Gowan’s first OHL goal launched the teddy bear toss 11:27 into the third period
- The Petes improve to 4-18-1-3 while Sarnia drops a fifth straight, fallin to 8-15-2-4

Flint Firebirds 2 at Barrie Colts 5
- The Colts scored four unanswered, giving them a hefty 4-1 lead headed into the third period. A lead which they were able to hold onto until the end
- Barrie won the special teams battle in this one, with two power play goals from Beau Jelsma and Tristan Bertucci, plus one shorthanded by Edmonton Oilers prospect Dalyn Wakely
- Urban Podrekar and Christopher Thibodeau both scored for the Firebirds
- Ben Hrebik made 40 saves on 42 shots in the Barrie win as the Colts improve to 18-8 atop the Central Division
- Nathan Day stopped 30-of-34 for Flint

Erie Otters 4 at North Bay Battalion 3 OT
- Top NHL Draft prospect Matthew Schaefer won it in overtime on a breakaway for the Otters on a feed from Dylan Edwards
- The Otters had a 3-1 lead in the second period, but the Troops answered back – scoring two in a row to tie it up at three. The game remained tied at three until the end of regulation.
- 2024 first round pick Tyler Challenger scored his first career OHL goal to give the Otters the lead headed into the second frame
- Nick Wellenreiter scored his first OHL goal for North Bay
- Noah Erliden stopped 29 for the win opposite North Bay’s Mike McIvor, who turned aside 40 shots
