1ST STAR: EVGENIY OKSENTYUK (FLINT FIREBIRDS) – 2G, 1A
First-year winger Evgeniy Oksentyuk cut into the middle and fired a low shot under the pad of Owen Sound’s Mack Guzda 1:45 into overtime as the Flint Firebirds skated to their fifth straight win, defeating the Attack 4-3. Oksentyuk enjoyed a three-point night with two goals and an assist, recording his first OHL multi-goal contest. The 18-year-old from Minsk, Belarus has 17 points (6-11–17) through his first 13 games of the season. Oksentyuk was the fifth overall pick of the 2019 CHL Import Draft. He attended rookie camp with the Arizona Coyotes in September.

2ND STAR: JAN JENIK (HAMILTON BULLDOGS) – 2G, 1A
Arizona Coyotes prospect Jan Jenik scored twice and added an assist, connecting once again with linemate Arthur Kaliyev who also had three points in a 5-4 Hamilton Bulldogs win over visiting Barrie. Jenik scored in both the second and third periods while going 13-for-27 in the faceoff circle. The 19-year-old from Nymburk, Czech Rep. extended his point streak to 13 games, giving him 23 points (9-14–23) on the season. Jenik was Arizona’s third round pick in the 2018 NHL Draft.

3RD STAR: AIDAN DUDAS (OWEN SOUND ATTACK) – 2G, 1A
Owen Sound Attack captain Aidan Dudas recorded his second straight three point contest, scoring twice while adding an assist as the Bears dropped a 4-3 overtime loss to the visiting Flint Firebirds. Dudas registered five shots on goal and also went 8-for-14 in the faceoff circle, increasing his point total to a team leading 21 (6-15–21) through 13 contests. The 19-year-old Parry Sound, Ont. native was a fourth round pick of the Los Angeles Kings in 2018. He was selected by the Attack with the 10th overall pick of the 2016 OHL Priority Selection.
