1ST STAR: JONATHAN GRUDEN (LONDON KNIGHTS) – 3A
Ottawa Senators prospect Jonathan Gruden recorded a season-high three assists as the London Knights defeated the Oshawa Generals 5-1 behind enemy lines. Gruden extended his point streak to four games as the Knights won their fifth in the past six contests. The 19-year-old from Rochester Hills, Mich. has 18 points (7-11–18) through 14 games this season. He’s the son of former Hamilton Bulldogs head coach and current New York Islanders assistant John Gruden and was a fourth round pick of the Senators in the 2018 NHL Draft.

2ND STAR: ZACH GALLANT (PETERBOROUGH PETES) – 1G, 1A
San Jose Sharks prospect Zach Gallant was a big factor in Peterborough’s 8-3 road win over the North Bay Battalion on Sunday. The overage pivot had a goal and an assist while racking up nine shots on goal and going 22-for-28 in the faceoff circle. The Petes captain has 12 points (6-6–12) over 16 games this season after being signed by the Sharks over the summer. The former third round pick of the Detroit Red Wings in 2017 is in his fifth OHL campaign and has put up 119 points (56-63–119) over 211 career regular season contests, all with the Petes. He was Peterborough’s first round (5th overall) pick in the 2015 OHL Priority Selection.

3RD STAR: JACK QUINN (OTTAWA 67’s) – 1G, 1A
Ottawa 67’s third-year forward Jack Quinn helped guide the Barber Poles to their sixth straight win on Sunday, recording a goal and an assist in a 7-4 triumph over the Hamilton Bulldogs. The 67’s took all three of their consecutive road games this past weekend and Quinn finished strong, registering his fourth multi-point outing in the past five games. The 18-year-old product of Cobden, Ont. has 19 points (9-10–19) over 16 games this season. He was Ottawa’s second round (39th overall) pick in the 2017 OHL Priority Selection.
