1ST STAR: GREG MEIRELES (KITCHENER RANGERS):
Kitchener Rangers forward Greg Meireles had a goal and three assists to power his club past the Flint Firebirds 7-2 on the road. Meireles went 12-for-24 in the faceoff circle and finished with a plus-3 rating as the Rangers rebounded from a Tuesday night loss at home. The 19-year-old former first round pick from Ottawa, Ont. has 27 points (10-17–27) through 25 games in this, his third full OHL season. Meireles has points in four of his last five games and is on a three-game multi-point stretch.

2ND STAR: KYLE KEYSER (OSHAWA GENERALS):
Boston Bruins prospect Kyle Keyser turned aside 35 shots and stopped both shootout opponents he faced as the Oshawa Generals took a 2-1 victory in Ottawa. Keyser continued his stellar play, earning his fourth straight win to improve to 11-3-1-0 with a 2.46 goals-against average and a .928 save percentage over 17 games. The 19-year-old from Coral Springs, Fla. is in his fourth OHL season and was signed by the Bruins as a free agent in October 2017. He was the 2016 recipient of the OHL’s Ivan Tennant Award given to the league’s top academic High School student.

3RD STAR: MORGAN FROST (SAULT STE. MARIE GREYHOUNDS):
Philadelphia Flyers prospect Morgan Frost had a goal and two assists as the Soo Greyhounds got the better of their northern rival the Sudbury Wolves by a score of 7-4 on home ice. Frost set up Zack Trott shorthanded for the first Teddy Bear Toss goal of the 2018-19 season just 4:28 into the first period. The 19-year-old from Aurora, Ont. now has 40 points (15-25–40) over 24 games this season. He was Philadelphia’s first round (27th overall) pick in the 2017 NHL Draft and recently represented the OHL in the CIBC Canada Russia Series.
