1ST STAR: RILEY DAMIANI (KITCHENER RANGERS):
Dallas Stars prospect Riley Damiani enjoyed a career night, scoring his first OHL hat-trick while also adding an assist to lead the Kitchener Rangers past visiting Saginaw 5-2. Damiani connected with linemates Rickard Hugg and Nick McHugh throughout the night, scoring three times on five shots as the Rangers pulled back to .500 with a 10-10-2-0 record on the campaign. A graduate of the Mississauga Rebels Minor Midget program, Damiani has 25 points (11-14–25) over 22 games in this, his third OHL season. The Mississauga, Ont. native was Kitchener’s second round pick in 2016.

2ND STAR: NANDO EGGENBERGER (OSHAWA GENERALS):
Swiss forward Nando Eggenberger potted his first OHL hat-trick, helping the Oshawa Generals take a 7-4 win in Sarnia. Eggenberger got on the board 5:59 into the first before adding another with 2:51 left in the opening frame. He completed the trio with 4:56 left in the third, giving himself a second straight three-point performance. The 19-year-old from Chur, Switzerland has 21 points (11-10–21) in as many games after being the 33rd overall pick of the 2018 CHL Import Draft.

3RD STAR: BLAKE MURRAY (SUDBURY WOLVES):
2019 NHL Draft prospect Blake Murray recorded the second hat-trick of his OHL career, both of which have come at the North Bay Memorial Gardens. Murray’s trio helped the Sudbury Wolves defeat the North Bay Battalion 7-1 as the Uxbridge, Ont. product scored midway through the first, midway through the third and with six minutes remaining in regulation. The 6-foot-3, 185Ib. centreman has 13 points (8-5–13) over 20 games and is a graduate of the Whitby Wildcats Minor Midgets.
