Selected by the New York Rangers in the fifth round, 159th overall, Nathan Aspinall was the sole OHL player to hear his name called by the organization at the 2024 NHL Draft. Drafted by the Flint Firebirds in the second round of the 2022 OHL Priority Selection, the 18-year-old forward has registered 38 points in 94 games played over two seasons with the Firebirds. The Markham, Ont. native has added one goal in five playoff contests.

Chosen in the sixth round of the 2023 NHL Draft, Dylan Roobroeck signed a three-year entry-level contract with the New York Rangers on May 20, 2024. Originally selected by the Niagara IceDogs in the third round of the 2020 OHL Priority Selection, the 20-year-old from London, Ont. has played three seasons in the OHL between the IceDogs and the Oshawa Generals, tallying 146 points in 200 regular season contests. The 6-foot-7, 195lb. forward helped guide the Generals to the OHL Championship Series this past season, recording a team-high 11 goals, along with 15 assists for 26 points in 21 playoff games.

The New York Rangers’ third round pick at the 2022 NHL Draft, Bryce McConnell-Barker signed a three-year entry-level contract with the franchise on March 23, 2023. Selected fourth overall by the Soo Greyhounds at the 2020 OHL Priority Selection, the 20-year-old forwarded has played three OHL seasons in Sault Ste. Marie, registering 177 points in 188 regular season contests. The London, Ont. native has added 20 points in 21 post-season matchups.
Brennan Othmann (LW) – Flint Firebirds (2019-23), Peterborough Petes (2022-23)

Selected by the New York Rangers with the 16th overall pick at the 2021 NHL Draft, Brennan Othmann signed an entry-level contract with the club on August 12, 2021. Spending the 2023-24 season with the AHL’s Hartford Wolfpack, the Pickering, Ont. native tallied 49 points in 67 games played. Othmann’s standout rookie performance earned him a spot at the 2024 AHL All-Star Game. Chosen second overall by the Flint Firebirds at the 2019 OHL Priority Selection, Othmann played three seasons in the OHL between the Firebirds and the Peterborough Petes, registering 197 points in 177 regular season games played. The 21-year-old forward helped Flint reach the Western Conference Finals in 2022, tallying 24 points in 19 playoff contests. Traded to the Petes midway through his final OHL season, Othmann recorded 25 points in 23 post-season matchups to be crowned a 2023 OHL champion. Othmann has represented Team Canada on multiple occasions, winning a gold medal at the 2021 U18 IIHF World Junior Championships, along with back-to-back gold medals at the 2022 and 2023 U20 IIHF World Junior Championships.
