Originally selected by the Edmonton Oilers in the fifth round of the 2020 NHL Draft, Ty Tullio was traded to the Buffalo Sabres on July 5, 2024. The Lakeshore, Ont. native tallied 21 points in 54 games last season for Edmonton’s AHL affiliate, the Bakersfield Condors, and has recorded 47 points in 117 career AHL games. Selected 11th overall by the Oshawa Generals in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection, Tullio registered 194 points in 187 regular season games played over three OHL seasons in Oshawa. The 22-year-old forward was named to the 2018-19 OHL Second All-Rookie Team.
Ryerson Leenders (G) – Mississauga Steelheads (2022-24)
Selected: 219th Overall, 2024 NHL Draft

Age: 18
Chosen by the Sabres in the seventh round, Ryerson Leenders was one of three OHL goaltenders selected at the 2024 NHL Draft. Closing out his second season with the Mississauga Steelheads, the 18-year-old netminder played to a 24-17-4-0 record including three shutouts, along with a 3.12 goals-against average and .909 save percentage. Selected by the Steelheads in the second round of the 2022 OHL Priority Selection, Leenders represented Team Canada Black at the 2023 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge. The 6-foot-1 goaltender won gold with Team Canada at the 2024 IIHF Under-18 World Junior Championship.

Selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the fourth round of the 2023 NHL Draft, Ethan Miedema emerged as a key contributor for the Kingston Frontenacs in the 2023-24 season. Registering 41 points in 68 games this past season, the 19-year-old Cobourg, Ont. native has totaled 131 points in 201 OHL career games played over three seasons. Originally selected fourth overall by the Windsor Spitfires in the 2021 OHL Priority Selection, the 6-foot-4, 201lb. forward was traded to the Frontenacs midway through the 2022-23 season.
