OHL Futures Camp Wraps Up with Off-Ice Testing Results Released

This past weekend, the Ontario Hockey League participated in the inaugural Futures Camp, bringing together some of the league’s top young prospects for a weekend focused on development, competition, and evaluation both on and off the ice. Throughout the weekend, players took part in practices, scrimmages, meetings, and testing sessions designed to support their growth at the next level and to give OHL personnel an opportunity to evaluate their athletic performance and progression.

2026 OHL Priority Selection

For the first time in more than 25 years, the future of the OHL will be drafted live and in person as the 2026 OHL Priority Selection presented by Real Canadian Superstore heads to Slush Puppie Place on June 12-13.

Fans will have the opportunity to witness the next generation of OHL talent take centre stage in a historic weekend event, marking the league’s first in-person draft since 2000. From the anticipation of first-round selections to hearing each pick announced live, the event promises a unique experience for players, families, teams, and fans alike.

 

Event Schedule

• Round 1: Friday, June 12 at 7:00 p.m.
• Rounds 2-15: Saturday, June 13 at 9:00 a.m.
