NATHAN RIBAU (SUDBURY WOLVES) – 1ST OHL GOAL
Rookie Nathan Ribau registered his first OHL goal in an 8-3 Sudbury Wolves win over the Barrie Colts. The 17-year-old product of Oakville, Ont. found the back of the net at the 12:18 point of the second period, lifting his team’s lead to 5-2 with the insurance goal. The defender was a fourth round draft pick of the Wolves in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection out of the Oakville Rangers organization, where he put up 15 points (1-14—15) over 23 games during the 2017-2018 campaign. Ribau spent the following season with the OJHL’s Oakville Blades before suiting up with the Wolves this year.
