Friday Night Faceoff: Steelheads at Knights
The Brampton Steelheads have battled injuries and their own consistency this season, but they’re finding their stride just in time for a visit to Canada Life Place to take on the first place London Knights in this week’s OHL Friday Night Faceoff!
The Steelheads (26-20-8-0) don’t lack any firepower, with top 2025 NHL Draft prospect Porter Martone (28-56–84) joined by Canadian World Junior teammate Carson Rehkopf (34-38–72) leading the attack. Talented playmaker and Calgary Flames prospect Luke Misa (32-41–73) also makes things happen for the Steelheads, who are chasing fifth place Niagara in the Eastern Conference standings.
The London Knights (43-8-1-0) have headlined the CHL Top-10 Rankings for some time now as the defending OHL champions have their sights set on a repeat with the ultimate goal of hoisting the Memorial Cup after coming up short in Saginaw against the host Spirit last June. Winnipeg Jets prospect Jacob Julien (10-29–39) is on a 12-game point streak while Philadelphia Flyers draftee Denver Barkey (22-48–70) leads the team in scoring.
The OHL Friday Night Faceoff streams live for free from London this Friday night! Tune in on OHL Live, YouTube, X and Facebook, beginning at 7:00pm.
