Attack’s Ethan Burroughs commits to STFX for 2024-25
The St. Francis Xavier University men’s hockey program has announced that Owen Sound Attack overage forward Ethan Burroughs has committed for the 2024-25 season.
A 21-year-old from Georgetown, Ont., Burroughs completed a four-year OHL tenure with the Attack this past season, producing 31 goals, 45 assists and 76 points over 68 regular season games. The 5-foot-10, 187Ib. left-winger accumulated 93 goals, 102 assists and 195 points over 256 career regular season games, adding four points over 15 career OHL playoff games.
Burroughs was originally selected by Owen Sound in the second round (29th overall) of the 2019 OHL Priority Selection.
