OHL to Host Season Preview Address

The Ontario Hockey League will be hosting a media conference on Thursday September 21, 2006 in conjunction with the opening of the 2006-07 OHL regular season in Peterborough, Ontario. The address will begin at 2:30 EST.

During this conference OHL Commissioner, David Branch will address many points of interest regarding the Ontario Hockey League and the upcoming season. The commissioner will also be available following his address to answer questions from media joining live of via teleconference.

During the evening of Thursday September 21 the Brampton Battalion will be in Peterborough to take on the defending OHL Champion Petes. Also that evening the Barrie Colts will play host to the Toronto St. Michael’s Majors. A full slate of games will commence the following evening with 18 of 20 teams seeing action.
