OHL Friday Night Faceoff: Peterborough at Brantford
The OHL Friday Night Faceoff spotlight shifts to the TD Civic Centre this week as the Bulldogs host the Peterborough Petes in one of seven Friday night games across the league. Fans can watch the action live and free on FloHockey’s YouTube, X, and Facebook channels, as well as the OHL’s Facebook page and the pages of both participating teams. Puck drop is set for 7:00 pm.
Brantford enters the night sitting second in the OHL Power Rankings, now bolstered by the return of captain Jake O’Brien from the Seattle Kraken. The Bulldogs’ roster also features draft-eligible standout Caleb Malhotra, fresh off OHL Rookie of the Week honours, along with Minnesota Wild prospect Adam Benak, whose highlight-reel play has already made waves across the league.
Peterborough brings plenty of high-end talent of its own, led by NHL Draft hopefuls Colin Fitzgerald and Adam Novotny, as well as Kaden McGregor, the first overall pick from the 2025 OHL Priority Selection, who continues to draw attention with his early-season play.
With Brantford looking to keep its momentum rolling in front of the home crowd and Peterborough eager to pull off a statement win on the road, Friday night’s matchup promises no shortage of storylines.
Puck drop is set for 7:00 pm. A new Friday Night Faceoff matchup will be featured free every week throughout the 2025-26 season across FloHockey’s social platforms, while subscribers can continue to watch every OHL game all season long on FloHockey.tv and the FloSports app.
