Wolves Continue Busy Week, Hosting Greyhounds & Steelheads
(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Pack is BACK and ready to RUN once again this week for two home matchups against division leaders. The Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds return to the Sudbury Arena this week to face the Wolves on Tuesday before hosting the Mississauga Steelheads once again on Friday. Both games are scheduled for 7:05pm puck drops.
The Wolves will be looking to get back in the win column this week against these two tough opponents as the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds continue to lead the West Division with 26 points in 29 games, while the Mississauga Steelheads lead the Eastern Conference with 40 points in 28 games and continue to be one of the hottest teams in the OHL right now.
Fans can celebrate Taco Tuesday with the Wolves as Tuesday game is sponsored by Mucho Burrito. Fans in attendance will receive a special offer for Mucho Burrito.
Tickets are on sale now for both home games online at greatersudbury.ca/tickets and at the Sudbury Arena Box Office. Those attending the box office in person, must wear a mask and maintain social distancing. The Sudbury Arena Box Office will be open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from Noon – 4pm and Tuesday and Friday from 9am until the end of the second intermission. Get your tickets early! Under the current Public Health regulations, spectator capacity is limited to 1000. Fans are encouraged to come to the arena early as COVID-19 safety precautions are in place that may take some extra time. The doors will open at 5:50pm. Masks MUST remain on at all times within the Sudbury Arena. No food and beverage will be available due to the current Public Health regulations. The health and safety of all our fans, players, staff and volunteers is of utmost importance.
A vaccination policy is in effect. Fans 12+ will be required to show their vaccine receipt from their second dose, along with photo ID upon entrance with their ticket. Fans must be fully vaccinated for a minimum of 14 days. Unvaccinated youth 11 and under must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult in order to gain entry. As of January 4th, fans 12+ must show the enhanced vaccine passport in order to gain access. Following Friday’s home game, the Wolves hit the road to travel to St. Catharine’s on Saturday to face the Niagara IceDogs at 7pm, before heading to Oshawa to wrap up the weekend against the Generals on Sunday at 6:05pm.
