Exchange Ticket Program:
This program replaces the former redeemer program and will remove any fees from the process; however, Season Members are encouraged to plan ahead of time. Season Members will have the opportunity to exchange a ticket for another upcoming game if they cannot make it at no fee, up to 24 hours in advance of the game. They must select the new game to exchange it for in order to complete the process. The tickets can be exchanged online through your My Sudbury Arena Ticket account as well as in person at the Sudbury Arena Box Office. Tickets are not redeemable once a game has been closed off.

In partnership with the Sudbury Arena Box Office, the process of renewal will remain similar to the 2022-23 season. You will now be able to renew your seats directly through the Sudbury Arena Box Office as well as online through your My Sudbury Arena Ticket Account which you can access HERE. To view the online tutorial on how to renew online, click HERE.
The Sudbury Arena Box Office is open to assist you during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 9am – 4:30pm. If you wish to renew while attending one remaining regular season home games, you can do so by visiting any of the Sudbury Arena Ticket wickets up to 6:15pm prior to the game, as well as during intermissions.
