The DEADLINE to opt into playoff packages is FRIDAY, MARCH 15th!
As we gear up for what promises to be a historic playoff run, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support, as getting here all starts with you, the fans! Your passion and dedication have been the driving force behind our team’s success, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
As the playoffs draw near, we’re excited to offer you the opportunity to opt into your EXCLUSIVE member playoff packages. By opting in, you’ll secure your seats for all guaranteed home games, ensuring you’re right there in the heart of the action as our Wolves chase glory on the ice.
At this time only the full package is available for purchase. If you choose not to purchase the full package your seat will be held on a game-by-game basis. Members will have until 48 hours before each game (Time Permitting) to the Sudbury Community Arena and purchase their tickets. After this deadline, all held seats will be released for resale to the public. Once your seat has been resold to the general public, we cannot reserve your season seat, additional details will be provided at a later date for individual game tickets.

How to claim your seats:
In Person
- During the week, from 9:00am-4:30pm, come to the Sudbruy Arena box office to claim your seats!
- Gamedays, from 9:00am until the end of intermission you can head to the box office and claims your seats.

Exchange Ticket Program:
This program replaces the former redeemer program and will remove any fees from the process; however, Season Members are encouraged to plan ahead of time. Season Members will have the opportunity to exchange a ticket for another upcoming game if they cannot make it at no fee, we suggest up to 24 hours in advance of the game to secure the best seats available. They must select the new game to exchange it for in order to complete the process. The tickets can be exchanged online through your My Sudbury Arena Ticket account as well as in person at the Sudbury Arena Box Office. Tickets can not be exchanged once a game has been closed off.

In partnership with the Sudbury Arena Box Office, the process of renewal will remain similar to the 2022-23 season. You will now be able to renew your seats directly through the Sudbury Arena Box Office as well as online through your My Sudbury Arena Ticket Account which you can access HERE. To view the online tutorial on how to renew online, click HERE.
The Sudbury Arena Box Office is open to assist you during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 9am – 4:30pm. If you wish to renew while attending one remaining regular season home games, you can do so by visiting any of the Sudbury Arena Ticket wickets up to 6:15pm prior to the game, as well as during intermissions.
