Storm finds Saturday night success in Flint

The Guelph Storm scored three times in the second period on their way to a 5-3 win over the Flint Firebirds on Saturday night.
It was Guelph’s second win of the season. They improve to 2-13-1-0 while Plymouth is now 6-9-0-1.
After Nick Caamano and Garrett McFadden exchanged goals in the first period, the Storm’s James McEwan snapped home his seventh of the season 5:04 into the second period to give Guelph a lead it would never relinquish.
Tyler Hill, with his first of the season, and Tyler Boston also scored in the second period as Guelph went into the third period with a 4-2 lead.
