One game each week will feature a member of the Jr. Stormers Kids Club as the Junior Reporter. The participant will have a pre-game tour of the media spaces at the Sleeman Centre, receive a pizza from Domino’s, and have the chance to interview a Guelph Storm player following the game. What tips do you have for a young hockey player?

Zach Jovanovski: “That’s a good question. Honestly, just enjoy it, have fun. You’re so young, so don’t put too much pressure on yourself and play the game. Just have fun right now.”

How do you balance hockey with school?

Zach Jovanovski: “Obviously, it’s important to focus on school. Sometimes it’s tough because hockey takes up a lot of time and is really busy. But you have to set aside time for school and have a good work-life balance, so to speak.”

Who is your favourite teammate?

Zach Jovanovski: My favourite teammate? I’d probably have to go with Colin Ellsworth, my goalie partner!”
