Sting Welcome 16 Prospects Through 2025 OHL Draft
Sarnia Sting General Manager Dylan Seca and his scouting staff completed the 2025 OHL Priority Selection Saturday.

4th Overall Pick Brenner Lammens with Sting General Manager Dylan Seca and Head Coach Alan Letang
With the 4th overall selection, Seca added a 6’0 physical two-way forward in Brenner Lammens from the Toronto Red Wings U16 AAA team. The Langton, Ontario native tallied 17 goals and 19 assists in just 26 games played this season, in addition to 3 assists through 4 games played at the OHL Cup.
“In this Draft we were looking for leadership, competitiveness, goal scoring, and someone with a winner’s mentality. Brenner poses these traits and fits the identity we prioritize.” Adds Seca on the addition of Lammens.
Armed with two second round selections, Seca and his scouting staff first added Hinsdale, Illinois native Kaden Aucoin of the Chicago Mission Tier I AAA team with the 26th overall selection. The 6’03 right-shooting defenceman comes from a family with a rich hockey background. His father, Adrian Aucoin played in 1108 National Hockey League games during his professional career.
“Kaden is a smooth skating right-handed Defenceman who matches the identity we are searching for. He checks all our boxes. He shows strong compete, defends well, and has strong instincts. We believe he has the ability to be a high-end defender in our league.” comments Seca.
With the Club’s second pick in round two of the OHL Priority Selection, Seca selected winger Sarvir Jaworski of the Detroit Little Caesars 15’s team. The 5’11, 160-pound Ankeny, Iowa native tallied 16 goals and 16 assists through 21 games played. Jaworski also recorded 2 goals and an assist through 6 games played at the OHL Cup this season.
Seca adds “Sarvir is a great skater who is competitive in the key areas of the ice. He demonstrates a great ability to push the pace and shows lots of versatility. Sarvir played for one of the best programs in North America in Detroit Little Caesars and we see tremendous upside in his game.”

With the team’s third round pick, the Sting added 6’05, 199-pound defenceman Chase Sewell from the Elgin-Middlesex Canucks U16 AAA team. The Aylmer, Ontario native recorded a goal and four assists through 30 games played with the Canucks this season.
“Chase is a rangy defender who has huge upside and is one of the most improved players in this age group. He moves really well for his size and is the type of big defender that can help in the pursuit of championships.” adds Seca.
The Sting then selected the following players:
