Sting Complete Trade with Saginaw Spirit

Sarnia Sting General Manager Dylan Seca announced today that the Hockey Club has acquired a 10th round pick in the 2025 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection from the Saginaw Spirit in exchange for forward Kaeden Johnston.

On the trade Seca shares,

“When we acquired Kaeden we thought he could compliment our young hockey club, but with some recent player acquisitions and the development of some other players we decided to provide opportunity to those players. This trade also helps Kaeden stay in the OHL, which is great for him.”
