Sarnia Sting Sign David Healy to a Standard Player Agreement
The Sarnia Sting are excited to announce the signing of goaltender David Healy to a Standard Player Agreement.
The Sting selected the 2009-born goaltender in the sixth round of the 2025 OHL Priority Selection. The Mississauga, Ontario native joins the organization following a strong 2025-26 season with the Toronto Titans U18 AAA.
Healy appeared in 23 games with the Titans during the 2025-26 GTHL season, posting a 14-3-4 record and eight shutouts. He was also named to the GTHL U18 AAA All-Star Team. The left-catching goaltender becomes the latest member of the Sting organization to sign a Standard Player Agreement and continues his development within the club after being selected in the 2025 OHL Priority Selection.
“He’s an aggressive goalie, a great skater and extremely committed to his craft. We think locking up David sets our organization up for success now and down the road”, said Seca.
The Sarnia Sting would like to congratulate David and his family on this accomplishment and welcome them to Sting Nation.
