Height: 5.11
Weight: 195
Shoots: Left
Position: Center
Hometown: Mississauga
Previous Team: Toronto Marlboro Minor Midget AAA
Michael Little spent his 2015-16 season with the Toronto Marlboro Minor Midget AAA, putting up 46 points (19 goals, 27 assists) in 57 games played. Michael was also named to the U16 OHL Gold Cup, playing on the GTHL Red team.
Michael describes his style of play as a hard working, physical power-forward. Steelheads assistant general manager, Jan Egert, adds “Michael is a hard-nosed forward, that can play down the middle of the ice or on the left wing. He is a strong skater, with a good hard shot, that looks to be involved physically on every shift. Michael battled some injuries in his minor midget season, but significantly elevated his play as soon as the playoffs started”
