2025-26 CHL Top-10 Rankings presented by Delta Hotels by Marriott: Week 9
The Canadian Hockey League (CHL) today unveiled its Week 9 edition of the CHL Top-10 Rankings presented by Delta Hotels by Marriott for the 2025-26 season.
The No. 1-ranked Bulldogs extended their remarkable point streak to 21 games, remaining the CHL’s only team without a regulation loss while maintaining league-best marks offensively and in goal differential. Prince Albert surged to No. 2 on the strength of a dominant U.S. road swing, earning statement wins over Everett, Portland, and Seattle as Michal Orsulak continued his rise as one of the WHL’s top netminders. Everett, now No. 3, remains firmly entrenched among the elite after registering its 17th win of the season—tied for the CHL lead—and riding another standout week from WHL Goaltender of the Week Anders Miller, who helped the Silvertips close on a high note against Kelowna.
Just behind them, Edmonton, Blainville-Boisbriand, and Ottawa all climbed the rankings on the strength of impressive recent runs. The Oil Kings jumped to No. 4 after a perfect 3-0-0-0 week powered by one of the CHL’s most dangerous offences, surpassing the 100-goal plateau and matching Everett for the CHL lead in wins. In the QMJHL, Blainville-Boisbriand rose to No. 7 after a pair of convincing road victories pushed them to a QMJHL-leading 14 wins and made them the first team in the Q to break the 100-goal mark. Ottawa, meanwhile, made its 2025-26 season debut in the Top 10, riding a nine-game point streak and an OHL Rookie of the Week performance from goaltender Ryder Fetterolf to reach No. 8.

CHL Top-10 Rankings – Week 9
1. Brantford Bulldogs (OHL): The Brantford Bulldogs (16-0-4-1) extended their remarkable point streak to 21 games, holding down the No. 1 spot in the CHL Top-10 Rankings for the sixth consecutive week — by far the longest stay at the top by any club this season. Brantford remains the only team in the CHL without a regulation loss, and their 16 wins sit just one behind No. 3 Everett and No. 4 Edmonton (17 each). The Bulldogs continue to lead the CHL offensively, averaging a league-best 5.10 goals per game, standing as the only OHL club to surpass 100 goals, and boasting a CHL-high +50 goal differential. This past week, Brantford dropped a 3-2 overtime decision to Flint before rebounding with a 5-4 home victory over Brampton. St. Louis Blues prospect Adam Jiricek (7G-14A in 18 GP) pushed his point streak to nine games, highlighted by a three-point outing (2G-1A) against the Steelheads, while Marek Vanacker (18G-8A in 19 GP) continued his elite scoring pace, netting his 18th goal of the season — giving him goals in six of his last eight games and placing him first in the OHL and second in the CHL. This week, the Bulldogs visit Niagara before returning home to host the Sarnia Sting.
Games this week: @ Niagara (Nov. 20), vs. Sarnia (Nov. 21)
2. Prince Albert Raiders (WHL): Riding a four-game point streak (3-0-1-0) to close out their U.S. Pacific Northwest road trip, the Prince Albert Raiders (15-1-4-0) climbed three spots to reach a season-best No. 2 in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings. The Raiders earned impressive wins over No. 3-ranked Everett (4-1), Portland (4-2), and Seattle (5-4 OT), with their only setback coming in a 4-3 overtime loss to Wenatchee. Their .850 points percentage is the best in the WHL and ranks second in the CHL behind Brantford (.881), making them one of just three teams CHL-wide operating above the .800 mark and one of five clubs to hit 15 wins this season. Between the pipes, 18-year-old Michal Orsulak continues to be a driving force, recording a 31-save outing (one goal allowed) against Everett and a 30-save performance (two goals allowed) against Portland last week. The Czech netminder leads the WHL in GAA (1.99), save percentage (.921), and shutouts (2), and remains unbeaten in regulation at 8-0-3-0. The Raiders now return home for their lone game of the week as they host the Brandon Wheat Kings at the Art Hauser Centre.
Games this week: vs. Brandon (Nov. 21)
3. Everett Silvertips (WHL): After a 2-1-0-1 week, the Everett Silvertips (17-2-2-1) slipped one spot to No. 3 in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings. They opened with a 4-1 loss to No. 2 Prince Albert before bouncing back to blank Tri-City 1-0, followed by a 7-6 shootout defeat to Portland on Saturday. Everett closed the week on a high note, rallying for a 3-2 overtime win against the 2026 Memorial Cup host Kelowna Rockets. The Silvertips’ 17 wins are tied with No. 4 Edmonton for the most in both the WHL and CHL, and their .841 points percentage trails only Prince Albert in the WHL while ranking among just three CHL teams above the .800 mark. Goaltender Anders Miller played a major role in Everett’s success, earning Mary Brown’s Chicken WHL Goaltender of the Week honours after going 2-0-0 with a 1.00 GAA, .955 save percentage, and a 20-save shutout in the win over Tri-City. Up front, Detroit Red Wings prospect Carter Bear (5G-9A in 16 GP) snapped a three-game drought with a two-point outing in Kelowna, including the game-tying goal in the final minute, while 2027 NHL Draft prospect Landon DuPont (1G-9A in 17 GP) netted the overtime winner—his first goal of the season. Everett now prepares for a rematch with the Rockets in its lone game of the week.
Games this week: @ Kelowna (Nov. 21)
4. Edmonton Oil Kings (WHL): After a perfect 3-0-0-0 week, the Edmonton Oil Kings (17-4-1-1) climbed a couple of spots to reach No. 4 in the CHL Top-10 Rankings — their highest placement since Week 3 (October 7). Edmonton’s offence powered the rise, averaging more than five goals per game in wins over Kamloops (6-3), Victoria (3-1), and Vancouver (7-4). The Oil Kings continue to boast one of the league’s most dangerous attacks, averaging 4.60 goals per game, the second-best mark in the WHL. They are also the only WHL team to surpass 100 goals this season and one of just three clubs in the CHL to do so; their 106 goals sit just one behind the No. 1-ranked Brantford Bulldogs (107). Edmonton’s 17 wins are tied with No. 3 Everett for the most in both the WHL and CHL. Up front, Lukas Sawchyn (12G-16A in 23 GP) delivered a standout week with back-to-back three-point outings, including his first WHL hat trick Saturday in Vancouver, pulling him into a share of the team scoring lead with Miroslav Holinka (10G-18A in 20 GP), a Toronto Maple Leafs prospect. 2026 NHL Draft prospect Joe Iginla (10G-9A in 23 GP) also stayed hot, extending his point streak to five games and recording points in seven of his last eight contests (4G-4A). The Oil Kings now head west for a three-game swing through Penticton, Kelowna, and Prince George.
Games this week: @ Penticton (Nov. 18), @ Kelowna (Nov. 19), @ Prince George (Nov. 22)
5. Chicoutimi Saguenéens (QMJHL): After splitting their two games over the past week, the Chicoutimi Saguenéens (13-3-1-2) slipped one spot to No. 5 in the CHL Top-10 Rankings. Despite the slight dip, Chicoutimi remains firmly entrenched inside the Top 5 for the fourth straight week, backed by a strong 7-1-1-1 stretch over their last 10 outings and a QMJHL-best .763 points percentage. The Sags continue to lead the CHL defensively, allowing a league-low 2.26 goals per game and just 43 goals against all season. On Friday, Chicoutimi earned its fifth shutout of the year with a 4-0 win over Rimouski, where Raphaël Précourt stopped all 19 shots he faced to record his CHL-leading fourth shutout. Précourt remains atop the QMJHL in both GAA (1.89) and save percentage (.919) — marks that rank among the very best in the CHL. Offensively, Anaheim Ducks prospect Émile Guité (12G-7A in 17 GP) posted his fifth multi-point performance and has been held off the scoresheet just four times this season, while Nathan Lecompte (6G-13A in 17 GP) continued his strong November with multi-point efforts in both games, bringing him to five goals and two assists in six games this month. Chicoutimi now looks to climb back up the rankings with a rematch against the Regiment before visiting Baie-Comeau and returning home to face Halifax.
Games this week: vs. Newfoundland (Nov. 19), @ Baie-Comeau (Nov. 20), vs. Halifax (Nov. 22)
6. Windsor Spitfires (OHL): The Windsor Spitfires (15-4-2-1) slipped three spots to No. 6 in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings after dropping both of their games over the past week. Windsor opened with a 4-3 overtime loss to the Soo Greyhounds before falling 8-5 the following night in Guelph, contributing to a 5-3-1-1 stretch over their last 10 outings. Despite the dip, the Spitfires remain one of just three OHL teams to reach 15 wins, joining the No. 1-ranked Brantford Bulldogs (16) and No. 8-ranked Ottawa 67’s (15). Top 2026 NHL Draft prospect Ethan Belchetz (16G–11A in 21 GP) continues to impress ahead of the 2025 CHL USA Prospects Challenge, extending his point streak to seven games and scoring three goals across Windsor’s two contests last week. His 16 goals rank third in the OHL. On the back end, Carson Woodall (4G–26A in 22 GP) remains a dominant presence, recording his ninth and tenth multi-point efforts of the season to maintain his lead atop all CHL defencemen with 30 points. The Spitfires will look to rebound this weekend with a home-and-home series against the Saginaw Spirit before returning to the WFCU Centre to host the Storm.
Games this week: vs. Saginaw (Nov. 21), @ Saginaw (Nov. 22), vs. Guelph (Nov. 23)
7. Blainville-Boisbriand Armada (QMJHL): The Blainville-Boisbriand Armada (14-5-3-0) climbed one spot to seventh in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings after earning a pair of convincing road wins, marking the first time this season they’ve moved up after opening the year at No. 1 in the preseason poll. With victories over Rouyn-Noranda (6-1) and Val-d’Or (5-2), the Armada now lead the QMJHL with 14 wins and have become the league’s first team to eclipse the 100-goal mark—one of only three CHL clubs to do so. Their .705 points percentage ranks second in the QMJHL behind only Chicoutimi (.763). Vegas Golden Knights prospect Mateo Nobert (8G-17A in 20 GP) continued his steady production with back-to-back multi-point outings to maintain his point-per-game pace, while St. Louis Blues prospect Justin Carbonneau (18G-5A in 18 GP) scored his 18th of the season, leaving him just one behind CHL scoring leader Félix Lacerte as he maintains an impressive goal-per-game average. The Armada will now look to build on its momentum at home with matchups against Shawinigan and Val-d’Or this week.
Games this week: vs. Shawinigan (Nov. 21), vs. Val-d’Or (Nov. 22)
8. Ottawa 67’s (OHL): Riding a nine-game point streak (8-0-0-1), the Ottawa 67’s (15-5-1-1) have surged into eighth place to make their first appearance of the 2025-26 season in the CHL Top-10 Rankings. Ottawa continued its climb with a 2-1 shootout win over Kingston before rolling past Sarnia 9-3 and Niagara 6-2. Defensively, the 67’s continue to set the standard in the OHL, giving up just 2.36 goals per game and 52 goals against, the second-lowest mark in the CHL this season. A major driver of that success is Ryder Fetterolf, who was named OHL Rookie of the Week for the second time this season after going 2-0 with a 1.44 GAA and .942 save percentage. The 17-year-old turned aside 23 of 24 shots in Wednesday’s shootout win over Kingston and added 26 saves on Saturday against Niagara, earning second-star honours in both victories. In his NHL Draft–eligible season, Fetterolf has posted a 10-2-1-0 record, a 1.90 GAA (2nd in OHL, 3rd in CHL), and a .928 save percentage (2nd in OHL and CHL), and enters the week on a six-game winning streak. Ottawa now looks to keep its momentum going on a three-game road swing through Kingston, Kitchener, and Owen Sound.
Games this week: @ Kingston (Nov. 19), @ Kitchener (Nov. 21), @ Owen Sound (Nov. 22)
9. Calgary Hitmen (WHL): Despite a loss in their lone game of the week, the Calgary Hitmen (12-5-2-0) remain ranked ninth in the CHL Top-10 Rankings for the third straight week. Calgary fell 2-1 at home to Saskatoon, marking just their second regulation loss in their last 12 games, a span in which they’ve gone 8-2-2-0. The Hitmen’s .684 points percentage ranks fourth in the CHL, trailing only Prince George (.850), Everett (.841), and Edmonton (.783). In Friday’s matchup, goaltender Eric Tu stopped 19 of 21 shots, the 10th time in 12 appearances this season he has allowed two goals or fewer. Tu continues to sit near the top of every major goaltending category in the WHL, posting a 2.17 goals-against average (2nd) and a .921 save percentage (T-1st). Calgary now shifts its focus to a home-and-home series against the Medicine Hat Tigers this week.
Games this week: vs. Medicine Hat (Nov. 19), @ Medicine Hat (Nov. 22)
10. Drummondville Voltigeurs (QMJHL): Despite seeing their eight-game winning streak halted by the defending QMJHL champion Moncton Wildcats in a 5–0 loss on Friday, the Drummondville Voltigeurs (13-6-1-1) remain steady at No. 10 in the CHL Top-10 Rankings for a second straight week. After falling 4–3 to Charlottetown, the Voltigeurs bounced back with a 3–2 victory over Saint John to close out their three-game stretch. Drummondville remains the only QMJHL team to record eight wins over its last 10 contests—one of just five clubs across the CHL to do so—and its .667 points percentage ranks third in the league behind only Chicoutimi (.763) and Blainville-Boisbriand (.705). Jesse Allecia (8G-10A in 21 GP) extended his strong stretch of play with an assist against Charlottetown, giving him points in four of his last six games, while Renaud Poulin (12G-6A in 21 GP), William Dupont (6G-6A in 21 GP), and Dylan Dumont (9G-7A in 21 GP) each posted two-point efforts in Sunday’s win, combining on all three Voltigeurs goals.
