Rangers ticket refund details for cancelled games

The Ontario Hockey League announced today that the remaining 2019/20 regular season schedule has been cancelled.

In response to this decision, the Kitchener Rangers are providing the following solutions for affected ticket holders:

Individual Game Tickets & YMCA Family Days ticket packages
Refunds will be given for tickets purchased for the three cancelled regular season games and the YMCA Family Days game scheduled for March 15th. These refunds will not be processed until the Aud Box Office resumes its operations.

Season Ticket Holders
A credit will be applied to your Season Ticket Holder Account for the three remaining home games when The Aud box office resumes its operations.
