Promotions: Rangers collecting non-perishables on RogersTV Night Friday
Kitchener, Ont. – The Kitchener Rangers return home to the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium this Friday Oct. 21 when the Blueshirts host the Sudbury Wolves at 7:30 p.m. Friday night’s game is presented by Rogers tv and is in support of The Food Bank of Waterloo Region.
The Rangers, in partnership with Rogers tv, are collecting non-perishable food items to support The Food Bank of Waterloo Region. Fans can donate their non-perishable food items at the Rogers tv vehicles outside door 7 and door 13 entrances at The Aud. Additionally, online donations can be made at thefoodbank.ca/rogerstv.
Giovanni Petitti, host of Giovanni & Me and The RTV Quiz Show on Rogers tv, will be featured as the in-game host at Friday’s game. There will be multiple chances for fans to win Rangers’ Prize Packs during Rogers tv Trivia and Minute to Win It games throughout the night.
Notably, Friday is expected to be the debut of Montreal Canadiens’ first-round draft pick Filip Mešár after being assigned to the Rangers last Thursday. It is the only time the Sudbury Wolves will visit The Aud during the regular season this year. Friday’s game against Sudbury also marks the first time the Wolves visit The Aud in over three years since October 14th, 2019.
